Inital Visit
Your initial visit incudes laboratory tests, B12 or slim shot injection and follow-up visit with provider.

you will receive the medication to take home to administer yourself. You can choose to come into the clinic weekly to get medication injections.

Additional Labs (3-4 Months as needed)
Additional labs may be required every 2-3 months depending on medical history. Charge for those labs will vary depending on how many are ordered. 1-3 lab tests will be $35; 4-6 lab tests will be $60.

Weight Loss Treatments
We are with you to help you reach your weight goals every step of the way of your weight loss journey.
If you don’t use insurance, it typically takes 4-6 weeks to start medication, including completing your lab test. If you’d like to use your insurance, it can take an additional 2-3 weeks to try to get coverage. But don’t worry, we’ll handle all the paperwork.
Step 1: Meet your Weight Loss Partner
Schedule your consultation with one of our skilled and passionate weight loss experts.
Program requirements:
- BMI 27 or above with co-morbidities
- BMI 30 or above without co-morbidities
- Ages 18 +
Initial visit includes with medical assistant:
- Medical history review includes history of weight loss attempts.
- Body measurements (waist & hips)
- Blood work & urine tests (CMP, TSH, Lipids, Vit D, A1C, hormones, urine drug screen & urine pregnancy test)
- EKG
- B-12 or GLP-1 injection
Step 2: Get Your Lab Results
1 week after the initial visit, you will meet with the provider to discuss your results and options for weight loss medications.
The visit can be virtual or in person.
Step 3: Get Your Meds
After you’ve discussed your options and have been approved for either Semaglutide or Tirzepatide our front desk staff will collect payment to have the medication ordered.
The medication will arrive at the clinic 4-5 days after being ordered. You will be contacted by either Kasandra or Arminda to set up a pickup date.
You can also choose to come into the clinic weekly to have the medication administered here.
Step 4: Ongoing Care and Support
Monthly visits are needed to keep track of weight loss, to discuss how the medication is working and order more medication. Also depending on how your feeling/doing the provider can increase the dose.
If your administering medication at home, you will receive the medication to take home.
Additional labs may be required every 2-3 months depending on medical history. Charge for labs will vary depending on how many are ordered.
1-3 lab tests will be $35 total
4-6 lab tests will be $60 total
